1.Acceptance of Terms

3.Account Registration

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the jlljl88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jlljl88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlljl88.

12.Termination

Upon termination for cause, jlljl88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.

You may close your jlljl88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlljl88 Platform, you agree to first contact jlljl88 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlljl88 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under the PAGCOR licensing framework.

14.Amendments to These Terms

jlljl88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlljl88 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jlljl88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
